Costs & registration
Calculate the costs online and register by July 1, 2026 at the latest!
Deposit
At least 20 percent. Otherwise, the system will delete your registration within two weeks.
Late registration fee
From July 2, a flat rate of €10 per person (€2 for day guests)
Final payment
By July 3, otherwise no guarantee. Cancellation by us possible.
Cancellation
Until July 3, €25 cancellation fee per family.
No refund after that date.
Transfer to a replacement person is possible by arrangement.
To avoid any risks, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
Meals
Meals on the Sabbath are prepared by the kitchen with minimal effort.
Dogs
Allowed on the premises on a leash. Dog-friendly accommodations available.
Registration required, flat rate: €30 per dog.
Discounts
For full-time missionaries, children aged 4–6/7–18 (see online calculation). Children 0–3 years: free
Hardship cases
Donations to the social fund are welcome. Subsidies are available on a limited basis. Please check with your church or friends for support options beforehand.
Requests for subsequent installment payments are not possible.
Collection
On Sabbath morning, we collect donations for the speakers' travel expenses and to cover additional costs.
